What's the first step after getting in an accident?

Firstly, you need to decide if you are paying yourself (privately) or going through your insurance company. If you are paying privately, we will look over your vehicle and provide you with an estimate at our auto body shop. You can also fill the online estimate claim form. If you are going through your insurance company, you need to get in touch with them to begin your claim. Once they have processed your claim, they will inform you of your coverage. Let them know that you will or have been to A-Class Autobody for an estimate and they will forward all necessary information about your claim to us.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate? How long will it take? Is there a cost?

Our estimates are free, and you may drop in for an estimate anytime during our hours of operation. We are open six days a week from 8am to 6pm every weekday and Saturdays 9am to 5pm. We will provide you with on the spot estimate within 30 minutes. We encourage you to book an appointment in case yourequire immediate attention when you arrive at the shop or if it is more convenient for you.

However we try to expedite the process as much as we can when possible.
